Goal:Filling the vacant position of Copywriter in the Communication and PR department in order to create quality publications in Tier-1 media of Ukraine and constant cooperation with media representatives.
Requirements:
- Higher profile (preferred);
- Work experience: from 2 years (a portfolio with published materials is mandatory);
- Ability to adapt content for various media and channels: blog, social networks, email newsletters, landing pages;
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language;
- Proficiency in English at a level not lower than B1;
- Attention to work with technical tasks, ability to work according to clearly established deadlines;
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time and communicate effectively in a team and with media representatives;
- Openness to constructive feedback;
- Communication ease;
- Basic understanding of SEO and OSINT (will be an advantage);
- Ability to use ChatGPT as an assistant, but avoid full use of AI texts (will be an advantage).
Duties:
1. Creation of text materials for Tier-1 media of Ukraine:
- Writing and proofreading analytical columns and articles about the activities and analytical tools of the Organization;
- Writing materials that highlight the main milestones and value of implemented projects of the Organization;
- Development of One Pagers and media kits for of media representatives;
- Pitching publications and individual journalists, editors;
- Maintaining a single database of mass media contacts, maintaining professional relations with media representatives. 2. Creation of text materials for the Organization's own sources:
- Creation of texts for the Organization's website and the BRIDGE website;
- Identification of trending topics in the industry to create highly effective content;
- Conducting interviews with internal industry experts to create compelling articles based on analytical data;
- Partial assistance to SMM specialists in covering individual donor events projects in social networks;
- Help in creating documentation for the PR infrastructure of the department (One Pagers for managers/public specialists of the Organization). 3. Work with reporting:
- Media monitoring of published materials;
- Preparation of monthly reports on the number of written and published materials;
- Help in creating and editing texts for the Organization's annual reports. 4. Teamwork
- Close cooperation with specialists of the Organization: conducting in-depth interviews, participation in professional events;
- Interaction with SMM specialists, designers and program managers to create quality content;
- Participation in planning content strategy and media plan.
