Industrial Park "Bila Tserkva", which is actively working in the field of professional industrial real estate development in the Kyiv region, is looking for a marketing manager to promote its image organization and support of key communication and marketing initiatives for the development of own industrial parks. Within our park in Bila Tserkva houses factories of both international companies (such as Uniliver and Peikko Group), as well as Ukrainian food, metalworking and logistics companies. Our industrial park is one of the flagships of Ukraine's industrial recovery and is looking for a motivated, results-oriented marketer.
Main responsibilities:
Implementation of marketing strategy:
- Development of marketing plans to attract new residents and investors of existing industrial parks;
- Development and management of PR campaigns to increase the recognition of the industrial park at the national level;
- Organization of marketing events and other initiatives;
- Participation in the development of marketing materials while conducting current operational activities in the industrial park, obtaining an international grant support, communication with potential investors and clients from Ukraine and abroad.
Support of marketing activities and campaigns: span>
- Organization of events, participation in conferences, forums, other events aimed at attracting potential customers of the industrial park;
- Interaction with mass media and media partners, creation and distribution of press releases, news and other information materials.
Creating content:
- Development of advertising materials: texts, landing pages, presentations, video and graphic materials, preparation of materials for the company's participation in international exhibitions and forums, participation in the development of concepts for new industrial parks;
- Maintenance of the company's social networks on LinkedIn and Youtube.
- Support and content of the official site of the industrial park www.ip-bt.com.
Requirements:
- Experience in the field of marketing from 3 years;
- Ability to create and implement creative marketing materials and organize events;
- Excellent communication skills and work in a team;
- Autonomy in the performance of official duties;
- Skills in conducting negotiations, establishing contacts and expanding partnerships communications;
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English at the Upper Intermediate (B2, will be an advantage) or Intermediate (B1) level;
- Ability to work effectively in conditions of limited resources and quickly make decisions;
- A confident user of Power Point tools,Photoshop. AutoCAD experience preferred (will be an advantage).
