• Organization of the process of development of marketing materials (engagement of designers).
• Work with the site, social networks, newsletters and through other channels.
• Maintenance of the calendar of marketing events and assistance in their organization.
• Communication with the team, contractors, distributors and partners.
• Maintenance of document management (contracts , invoices, acts), work with the electronic document flow system.
• Accounting of the material assets of the department, control of the balance of marketing materials and forecasting of needs.
• Search for suppliers, orders and evaluation quality of marketing materials.
• Conducting tenders.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of marketing
• Work experience of 1 year (in a similar position will be an advantage)
• Experience with accounting systems (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage);
• A confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
• Proficiency in English at the A2-B1 level (will be a significant advantage);
• Creativity, communication, attention to detail, responsibility.
