Junior support service analyst in ZEST Autsorsing

ZEST Outsourcing is looking for a candidate for the "Junior support service analyst" position as part of a project for an international company, a manufacturer of household appliances.

Main duties:

• < p>Processing of orders in the system (creation, editing, exchange);

• Analysis of customer requests and entering them into the system;

• Communication and various departments of the company;

• Creation and preparation of reports in Excel and Google;

• Reporting in the SAP system.

Requirements for candidates:< /strong>

• Higher education, ready to consider 4th and 5th year students;

• Experience as an analyst, in customer support will be additional an advantage;

• English — Upper-Intermediate;

• Ability to learn quickly in the field of technical characteristics equipment;

• Emotional stability, ability to learn quickly;

• A confident user of MS Excel, experience in SAP will be an advantage.
