Manager of marketing campaigns in Syngenta

Syngenta, a leader in the international market of seeds and plant protection products, is opening a competition for experienced and ambitious specialists for the vacancyManager /Marketing campaign manager.

Innovative marketing solutions and strategic thinking are key qualities for our future campaign manager in business the Seeds division.

You will have the opportunity to develop creative approaches to promote Syngenta's seed portfolio (namely corn hybrids) and technologies within the country. This role requires the ability to independently manage projects and effectively implement them. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote corn hybrids within the country
• Responsible for the preparation and provision of necessary marketing materials
• Plan and control various channels of marketing communication, manage marketing communication at the level of national media, prepare national promos and media - plans
• Organize events for the sales department on the internal training process in cooperation with the R&D department
• Continuous analysis market and gathering feedback from customers and feedback from sales on marketing activities

Our candidate has :

• Higher education in business, marketing, communication
• Deep knowledge of marketing, in including: marketing strategy, marketing communications and tools, brand promotion, segmentation, principles of product positioning and performance indicators
• Marketing experience in the field of: brand management, event - management, etc.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns
• Experience in introducing a new product
• Experience in project management
• General knowledge of agriculture will be an advantage
• English at the level of min. upper-intermediate
