Company"Holtz Ukraine" network of salons of doors, floor coverings and accessories, occupies a leading sales positions in groups of floor coverings and doors on the territory of Ukraine in its segment, opens a vacancy for the position of an ambitious Director of two stores, who will lead to the best salons in the city

Requirements:

• Ability to create teams, rather than managing subordinates and employees
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term partnerships with designers, architects and contractors (hold meetings in a place convenient for them)
• Be client-oriented - don't consider it a closed deal money in the cash register, and a satisfied client after fulfilling all obligations to him
• Be focused on the result, have high efficiency in multitasking conditions
• Have excellent organizational and leadership qualities
• To have self-organization, a high level of independence and control
• Additional advantage will be: confident PC user, 1C 8, Bitrix24 CRM

Responsibilities:

• Management of document management
• Selection of personnel
• Control of the work of store personnel, settlement and cashier area, collection, conducting advertising campaigns
• Product movement management; product reception
• Working with B2B clients (designers, contractors, architects)
• Sales analysis, study of purchase demand for order formation of the following collections
• Control of commodity values, inventory, reporting
• Solving administrative and economic issues
