Assistant director of marketing in Vodafone Ukrayina

Responsibilities:

• Administrative support manager: organization of the working day, meetings and business trips, keeping an electronic calendar
• Preparation and coordination of meetings (agenda, materials, follow-ups)
• Reception of visitors, processing of calls and business correspondence
• Execution of individual tasks of the manager
• Organization and control of document flow
• Preparation of presentations, reports, work materials
• Managing task statuses, monitoring deadlines, fixing agreements

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year
• Skills in working with documentation, presentations and reports
• Confident user of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Experience or education in the field of marketing / advertising (will advantage)
• Interest in branding, marketing, communications (will be an advantage)
• Understanding basic marketing processes (will be an advantage)
• High level of organization, responsibility, attention to details
• Ability to work with several tasks in parallel
• Level of English language proficiency - Intermediate+
