QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Higher financial and economic, legal education or higher education in the field of management.
• Experience in banking at least 3 years, including in a managerial position for at least 1 year.
• Deep understanding of retail banking business, customer service standards.
• Developed leadership and analytical skills.

Your ROLE:

• Organization and coordination of the work of subordinate branches in the region in the direction of retail business.
• Implementation of retail product sales strategy, introduction of new services.
• Team management: personnel development, support of corporate culture, participation in personnel decisions.
• Representation of the bank's interests in institutions and organizations.
• Providing high-quality service to clients of all segments, including VIPs.
