Marketer, project sales manager at Prom Ua (Remote) in OSW Group

We are looking for a specialist who has successful sales experience at Prom for 2 years or more, from 100 orders per day and from 1 million UAH turnover per month. These are the minimum criteria for candidates we will consider. 

For us, Prom is like a huge shopping center. Our stores are already in this mall, but some people pass by every day. Your task is to make them not only look, but also buy. And - what is important - they returned again. 

It's not about "fill in the price for 1000 products from the supplier and wait". It's about system sales that work every day — without facaps, without accidents. It's about numbers, analytics and testing that lead to growth, not after-the-fact reports.

 What you will do:

• Bring stores together with the team to the ideal: structure, descriptions, SEO, visual, positions;
• Optimize headlines and texts;
• Optimize product cards, work with catalogs and filters;
• Conduct Prom advertising: selection of bids, analysis of impressions, increase of conversions;
• Launch promotions, sales, purchase triggers;
• Analyze data: clicks, conversions - what "fired" and what no;
• Test new ideas and scale what works.
• Monitor and analyze the work of competitors
• "Play" with prices

Ideal if you:

• Already successfully worked with Prom.ua or other marketplaces;
• You know how to think like a marketer, not just a product administrator;
• You understand that search phrases, SEO and UX are not "items in a resume", but real tools;
• Oriented (a) on the result, not on "process for the sake of the process";
• Independent (a), systemic (a) and not afraid to say: "Here we need to change - and it will sell."
• You have experience working in a large company, but you lack development, and the management refuses to raise your salary
