I came to bodo in the same position as you. And now I manage a team of 6 people. During this year, I created tools for working with complex groupings of impressions, updated the instructions for the business process of filming and was a producer on some of them myself. I've been a fan of our product for a long time, and now I have the opportunity to create it with the team.

Now about our requirements for the specialist I am looking for:

  1. Demanding to himself and others.
  2. Attentive to details like Sherlock Holmes: we have 68 steps in the process of adding a new experience (this applies to all departments, not just impression managers); 325 tasks are currently in the works at various stages (and this is only from the expansion of the assortment); 82 groupings of services (within which there are also subgroups) with a current catalog of more than 2,000 impressions; 250-item Impression Activation Only Checklist; instructions for working with ERP and administration in the amount of 200 sheets; and many other nuances.
  3. With a sense of taste (likes beautiful pictures, interesting texts) and has an understanding of what is suitable content, and what is better to never show to anyone.
  4. Multitasking: during the day can approve the video, choose the company with which we start a partnership, and check the correctness of the content, the quality of the selected images and the description of the impressions in the ERP. And there are a lot of such tasks per day.
  5. Independent: plans his time, can make decisions and be responsible for them.
  6. And, of course, responsible. Understands: if the task is burning, then going out "for coffee" is not the best idea.

IMPORTANT: everyone, including me, works in the office full-time day. There is no remote work or hybrid schedule.

  • Select target partners and prepare information for further negotiations by business development managers.
  • Control the protection of the interests of the company and clients during changes in the filling of impressions, which are initiated by partners.
  • Check the quality of photos, videos and descriptions of experiences on the site, the design of postcards with a description of impressions.
  • Control the quality of all content that we print on postcards, publish on the site, in ERP, YouTube.
  • Enter information in ERP: creation of a service and partner card.
  • Add content to the admin on the website.
  • Maintain order in ERP, BaseCamp , admins, on the site, in the tables.
  • Monitor the entertainment market in order to immediately notice new cool providers.
  • Be aware of all the impressions we already have and which are not yet available.
  • Negotiate the composition of new experiences with current providers (negotiations with new providers are conducted by business development managers).
  • Expectexpected results:

    1. The plan executes 101%+ on a daily basis.
    2. None deviations are both critical and non-critical.
    3. All work tools (checklists, tables, reports, etc.) are correctly and constantly processed by you personally.
    4. Ideas for improvements are generated and implemented.
    5. All problems in the area of ​​your responsibility are solved independently.

    How is the salary formed?

    The salary in the company consists of a rate and a bonus part. Your bet is 25,000 hryvnias, the bonus part is 5,000 hryvnias.

    Bonus depends on performance the following KPIs:

    1. Quality of work (45% bonus) is one of our main values. Your actions and inaction should not create "problems" for customers, partners and your colleagues. Each such "problem" is recorded and the bonus is calculated according to the formula bonus amount/number of "problems". One "problem" during the month mathematically does not affect the bonus, more - it already does.
    2. Work efficiency (45% of the bonus). All tasks that you will do have a target time for completion. We add up the target completion time for all the tasks you completed during the month and divide by the number of working hours. All employees during the first 2 months of work easily reach the target efficiency.
    3. Performance of critical operational tasks (10% bonus). We have rules to follow. Timely write work plans for the day/week/month, submit reports, submit bonuses, respond to colleagues' letters on time, etc. Meeting these requirements is important to everyone's productivity, including you and your colleagues, so we also include it in our KPIs.

    On probation

    He is 3 in this position months Salary does not differ during and after the probationary period. You will have the following criteria for passing it:

    1. Study and pass all points of self-entry into the position.
    2. Reach 101%+ efficiency starting from the 2nd month.
    3. Allow less than 2 critical deviations in the last month of the trial period.
