Marketer in recruiting in Pro recruitment

We are looking for a specialist who, with the help of marketing tools, will ensure a stable flow of quality reviews and increase the company's brand recognition in the labor market.

Functional duties of the position:

• Management of recruitment channels: publication and promotion of vacancies on top resources (Work.ua, LinkedIn, Djinni), Telegram channels and search for new ones sites.

• Creation of content (EVP): writing job vacancies that "sell" the company, using SEO optimization and preparation of materials for external events.

• Management of budgets and contractors: planning of expenses for paid promotion, work with designers (banners) and advertising agencies.

• Analytics and reporting: weekly monitoring of channel performance (CTR, Cost per Hire), analysis of competitor activity and vacancy relevance.

• Working with reputation and partners: work experience in 1 year of recruitment. copywriting skills: ability to create clear and attractive texts for different audiencesnormal; text-decoration: none">A confident user of Excel/Google Sheets for analytics and reporting.

• Understanding the Hiring Funnel and principles of lead generation (target, reach, conversion).

• Experience of working with advertising offices Job portals and social networks.
