Senior Product Owner (для NEXA IT) in Ligamedia

We are strengthening the IT team and looking for anIT SeniorProduct Owner.

We have 5 large international IT projects and a large IT development team.

Functional:

• Creation and prioritization of tasks for the development team.

• Preparation of user stories with acceptance criteria.

• Organization of sprints, planning and daily stand-ups.

• Tracking development progress and making corrections;

• Working with client requests:

• Collection and formalization of client requests, transferring them to developers

• Communication with stakeholders and presentation of finished functions.

• Control over the stability of product operation.

• Participation in solving technical problems and their optimization.

Senior Product Owner is responsible for the product solution as a system. 

His role is to ensure that each initiative:

• has the right to exist in the product

• is implemented correctly

• does not harm the stability, roadmap and future development of the product

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Product Owner experience in developers;

• Working with 3-4 projects at the same time

• practical experience in an Agile/Scrum environment

• experience in preparing technical tasks, user stories, acceptance criteria

• experience in organizing the work of multifunctional teams with a focus on business goals

Tools with which we work:

• Task management: Atlassian (Jira)

• Agile/Scrum: Miro, Confluence (roadmap, backlog, planning)

• Documentation: Confluence
