Head of the telecommunications network construction department in Provayd

PROVAYD-GRUP company provide.com.ua is an outsourcing company providing services in the field of telecommunications (maintenance and construction of telecommunications networks). Today, among our main clients is the telecommunications market leader PJSC "Kyivstar".

We are inviting a Head of the construction department to join our team.

The main goal of the position is to manage the technical activities of the telecommunications network construction division. Achieving the set SLA (work completion date) and meeting the planned construction indicators.

Requirements for the candidate

Education and experience:

• Higher technical education (telecommunications, construction, telecommunications or related areas);
• Experience in the telecommunications field for at least 3 years, of which at least 2 years in a managerial position (head of department / head of site / manager of network construction projects);
• Practical experience in managing the construction of fixed telecommunication networks (FTTB, GPON).

Professional expertise:

• In-depth understanding of the principles of designing and building FTTB and PON networks (routes, nodes, active/passive equipment);
• Work experience with technical documentation: TOR, diagrams, estimates, reports of completed works;
• Understanding of SLA requirements and experience in ensuring their fulfillment;
• Skills of budgeting, cost control, cost analysis of works;
• Experience in accounting and control of TMC (materials, equipment, tools).

Management skills:

• Experience in managing production crews (from 3 and more);
• Ability to plan resources (people, equipment, materials, deadlines);
• Control of execution of plans, deadlines and quality of work;
• Skills in setting tasks, monitoring results and feedback;
• Ability to work with discipline and team productivity.
