We are looking for a proactive marketer who has experience in building, developing and improving the effectiveness of customer acquisition funnels and channels, who likes to work with data, numbers, improve customer acquisition funnel indicators, develop customer acquisition hypotheses.
You will achieve high results at work if you:
- Have experience in a similar position as a marketer or lead generator;
- Able to effectively manage various customer engagement funnels (webinars, content marketing, event marketing, Linkedin) and build their unit economy;
- Able to analyze key channels of customer engagement within the limits of implemented funnels and influence their effectiveness;
- Have skills in building, analyzing and optimizing marketing funnels, can influence their conversion.
- Have analytical thinking, able to work with data, indicators, tools analytics.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, able to propose and implement ideas.
- Attentive to details, results-oriented and customer-centric.
What is the mission of this vacancy?
Ensure a constant and high-quality flow of customers through various marketing channels and funnels, increase conversion at all stages of interaction, form and maintain the company's marketing presence.
The marketer's area of responsibility and the tasks he performs:
- Collection and analysis of applications from various funnels and customer acquisition channels.
- Analysis of existing funnels, work on improving their efficiency and quality.
- Lead generation: creation, testing, optimization of advertising campaigns, attracting new customers.
- Development of acquisition channels customers.
- Development of existing funnels: webinars, events, Linkedin, partner program, etc.
- Setting up targeted advertising.
- Conversion optimization at different stages.
- Monitoring and analytics: collection of metrics, reporting.
- Cooperation with internal teams and contractors.
- Planning and budgeting of marketing activities, control over cost effectiveness.
- Starting and setting up e-mail campaigns.
