Sales Account Manager in SplendidScore Ukraine

The American company engaged in the production and sale of personal hygiene products, household chemicals, cosmetics, bioactive food additives, water filters, dishes for induction cookers, etc., and is part of the Alticor Corporation, is looking for a specialist in the position of Sales Account Manager.

Main tasks

• Maximizing opportunities sales through the development of long-term partnerships with Growth Leaders (sales leaders), regular meetings, support, recommendations and information about the company's products. 

• Timely and correct communication with GL regarding company programs, motivational initiatives, etc.

• Identifying GL needs and implementing relevant action plans.

• Organizing and holding monthly and quarterly meetings with GL.

• Participating in GL seminars and trainings, conducting presentations.

• Weekly and monthly reporting to the Account Management Supervisor.

Candidate requirements

• Good communication and public speaking skills; ability to interact professionally with representatives of different levels.

• High level of analytical skills, oresult orientation, responsibility and ability to multitask.

• Ability to accurately organize and maintain schedules, documents and projects.

• Flexibility, customer orientation and teamwork.

  
  

• English — upper-Intermediate.

• Sufficient computer skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

• Readiness for business trips.
