Marketer in IT Cervis, TOV

Idealsoft is an IT company specializing in software development and building distribution networks in Ukraine and abroad.

We work in international markets, actively develop a partner system and help businesses scale their solutions. The main focus is the creation of effective products and the development of long-term partnerships.

We are looking for a Marketer who can effectively combine digital tools and partner (channel) marketing, influencing customer attraction and business development.

Main tasks:

Digital marketing:

• Support and development of sites (work with contractors, control of applications, SEO optimization)
• Planning and launch of digital campaigns (Google Ads, other channels)
• Control and optimization of indicators: CPL, CPA, ROI
• Work with analytics (Google Analytics, reporting, conclusions
• Email marketing: content plan, preparation mailings, database segmentation, automation, efficiency analysis
• Organization of webinars: preparation of landing pages, launch of registrations, analysis of conversions and visits

Channel marketing:

• Work with vendors (preparation of marketing plans, obtaining marketing funds, creation and approval of promotions and advertising companies, adaptation of marketing materials, preparation of marketing reports funds)
• Work with partners (support of marketing activities, joint webinars, development of three-way offers distributor-partner-client, preparation of co-branded materials, development of bonus mechanics, preparation of promo materials, informing partners
• Offline (preparation and participation in exhibitions).

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in marketing from 1 year (digital and/or channel marketing)
• Knowledge of the English language B1
• Practical experience in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns (Google Ads, other digital channels)
• Understanding key metrics: CPL, CPA, ROI, conversions
• Experience with analytics (Google Analytics or analogues)
• Experience in email marketing (mailing, segmentation, databases, automation)
• Experience of interaction with contractors (design, advertising, website development)
