Microbusiness customer service specialist in PrivatBank

Basic responsibilities:

• Implementation of established KPIs
• Attracting new FPOs and corporate clients
• Conducting cold calls with the purpose of setting up meetings
• Conducting meetings with clients, including on the territory of the client's business operations
• Analysis of the client's financial condition, regarding the possibility of lending
• Sales of the entire range of FPO banking services and corporate clients (lending, salary projects, acquiring, etc.)
• Adherence to standards and quality levels of customer service
• Fulfillment of financial monitoring and compliance requirements

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (economics, management, law, finance, banking)
• Experience in active sales
• Presentation skills
• Economic literacy, commercial thinking
• Confident user of a PC (tablet), Google services (sheets, documents, mail, calendar, etc.)
• Availability of competencies: focus on the client, transparency and trust, responsibility, teamwork, innovation, negotiation, effective communication, building relationships
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)
