  • Successful work experience in the field of B2B marketing (IT - outsourcing / digital agencies) from 3 years. We need someone who will guide colleagues, including a full-time marketer, so we need experience and a clear understanding of where and why we are going.

  • Provide the agency with the number of leads necessary for sales to new customers.

  • Prepare a single marketing report (plan/fact/dynamics ): monthly/quarterly/annual.
  • Formulate a monthly marketing budget.
  • Work in a team with a marketer, and if necessary involve lead generation of full-time specialists, such as SEO specialist, PPC specialist, target specialist, designer.
  • Communication with the sales department, monitoring of constant dynamics.

    About the trialterm

  • In this position, it is 3 months.
  • During this period, you will have a personal adaptation plan with prescribed tasks (what documents/regulations to study and review and implementation what tasks are expected of you in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd months).
  • A mentor will be in regular communication with you to whom you can ask any questions.
  • A retrospective of our interaction will be held regularly (every month): feedback from you and from us (supervisor and colleagues), because it is better to warn and solve any difficulties immediately, without waiting for the end of the trial period.

    About us hiring process
    The hiring process takes place in several stages (online, usually in Google-meet):
    - initial interview with the HR manager;
    - test task (aimed at understanding the course of your thoughts and the sequence of actions) and receiving recommendations;
    - final interview with the manager;
    - decision-making: receiving an offer and agreeing on the start date.

    Yes, this process can take 1-1.5 weeks, we carefully select each team member, because we are determined for long-term cooperation and are not looking for a person for 2-3 or 4 months.

    About the team

    There are currently 19 wonderful people in our team. We work exclusively online (our office in Kharkiv is still closed). Everyone has a schedule that is clear and known to everyone, there is a joint business time (when everyone is 200% in touch), we work and communicate in Task-Manager and Telegram. Colleagues are friendly and will help if necessary.

    Although we are online, we still try to maintain communication: we periodically meet offline in Kharkiv and regularly take coffee breaks together.
