Responsibilities:
• Meets for 3 areas of business: mass market, traditional trade, online in Ukraine and CIS markets in MASS.
• Management of the department for work with key clients EVA, PROSTOR, local networks, MakeUp.
p>• Commercial negotiations with key networks, including annual (Eva, Prostor, Brokard, Watsons, ATB, Novus, Epicenter, Metro, Make UP) and client development. Conducting negotiations on work under a direct contract.
• Responsible for price policy on the Ukrainian market (price monitoring, RSP for all market participants).
• Recommendation and implementation of assortment for each channel/ client categories.
• Trade marketing function. Planning of marketing activities: budgeting, planning and implementation of promotions, analysis of the results of promotions, development of new launches, implementation and support, relaunches, promotions and other activities:
Expectations:
• Experience in sales/export/trade marketing for at least 5 years
• Good knowledge of the UA MASS market< /strong>
• Key management by customers
• Working with retailers such as EVA; Watsons etc.
• Sales force management
