Marketer in UCG, Konsaltingovaya kompaniya

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effective management of the operational marketing activities of the store network.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to increase the KPI of the network. 
• Participate in the development and implementation of marketing programs regarding the formation of the network as a brand. 
• Provide marketing support for the opening of new stores and existing stores of the chain.

TERMS OF WORK:

• Work schedule: 5 days, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (a hybrid work schedule is possible, several days in the office, several days from home)
• There is a 1-hour lunch break.
• li>Place works: str. Nizhnyodniprovska 1 (territory of the enterprise "Agro-Soyuz").
• Official employment from the first day of work, and basic social benefits: paid vacation and paid sick leave.

SALARY: UAH 40,000 - 50,000. (according to the results of the interview)

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education.
• PC skills: mastery of graphic editors at the entry level (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Figma, AI tools).
• Experience in marketing as a marketer, brand- manager from 2 years. Retail experience would be an advantage. 
• Creativity and non-standard thinking.
• Positive thinking.
• Personal qualities: self-organization, responsibility, communication, initiative and focus on results.

BRIEF ABOUT THE COMPANY

The company is engaged in retail, wholesale trade and distribution of alcoholic products. There are own imports. Has been working in this market for 24 years. Actively develops the ALCOMAG Professional Store chain of alcohol stores, which currently has almost 70 stores across Ukraine.
