Manage briefing ofinternal clients, effective questionnaire design, data analysis, data visualization, report preparation and presentations toensure objectives are met and meaningful insights are produced. Lead multiple research projects onaday-to-day basis, while balancing the needs ofthe internal client with the overall project goals and Kyivstar strategy. Conduct afull-scale ad-hoc and tracking surveys. You will work with initiative owners, commercial team and management. Emphasize improvement points and give recommendations onchanges inproduct and services. Deliver the outcomes ofyour projects with CI, CEM andBI cross functional analytic. Participate instrategic projects, like asegmentation, CBCetc. Contribute deep market knowledge during surveys management (set-up and insights delivery) and strategy discussions. Ensure implementation ofthe market research plan inorder tofacilitate brands’ performance, particularly perform various tracking studies aswell asad-hoc research projects including idea/claim/concepts, price studies, usage and attitude studies, segmentations. Interact onafrequent basis with internal clients and external research agencies including subcontractor management. Support procurement process ensuring strong financial discipline and accurate budgeting. Main projects for start: Brand Health Tracker AdHocs for PR, CSR; Internal surveys with our CallCenter team. Abit about you: Weare looking for someone who has: core— atleast 2years ofexperience inresearch management and analysis preferably atinternational company atlocal/international research agency; optional— experience inresearch management and analysis preferably atinternational company onclient’s side; degree inMarketing, Social Sciences from areputable university; strong analytical and critical thinking skills; exceptional data visualization &presentation skills; excellent organizational skills with astrong focus inmanaging details; proactive, with astrong passion for problem solving, market research and data analysis; strong skills inMicrosoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); advanced level ofstatistical analysis inSPSS isasmust; proficient inEnglish and Ukrainian both spoken and written; ability tolearn quickly, multi-task and excellent time-management.
