It is important for us:

• Higher education.
• Experience of working in the HR department for at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of the Labor Code and HR administration.
• A confident user of MS Office office programs.
• Knowledge of SAP and experience with HRMS will be an advantage.
• Attention to details, responsibility, ability to work with confidential information.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.

Areas of responsibility:

• Formation of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with current labor legislation.
• Formation and management of personal files of employees.
• Preparation of certificates from the workplace.
• Formation and accounting of all types vacations.
• Preparation of travel orders.
• Management of HRMS (PeopleForce).
• Entering information about employees into a specialized system.
• Advising employees on issues of labor legislation and personnel procedures.
• Participation in current tasks of the department.
