A leading international research and advisory company active in the growing real estate sector of rented residential assets, is looking for a research specialist to join its Rented Residential Unit, who enjoys working with data, exploring markets, and asking the right questions.

Market Research Project Manager

You will work on research projects from start to finish, learning by doing and gradually taking ownership of tasks. You will collaborate closely with experienced colleagues, clients, and external partners, and see firsthand how research shapes investment decisions and public communication. You do not need to know everything on day one, curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn matter most.

The Market Research Project Manager will:

• Plan and manage research tasks to keep projects on track
• Collect data through desk research and quantitative and qualitative methods
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key takeaways
• Turn findings into clear reports, presentations, and visuals
• Coordinate with data collectors, designers, and other contributors
• Support project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Answer client and internal research-related questions
• Present results in meetings, webinars, and industry events
• Coordinate team work with part-time staff and external suppliers

Who we are looking for:

• A background in research, economics, business, or social sciences
• Advanced user of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Curious, reliable, and comfortable working with data.
• Enjoying analysis, structure, and problem-solving
• Can manage multiple tasks and follow projects through
• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Is open to learning new tools and methods
• Likes working in a collaborative, international environment

What we offer:

• B2B contract; 160h/month
• Working remotely: 10AM — 3PM
• Competitive base fee
