Junior Operations/Project Manager - TENTENS Tech in SKELAR

We are currently looking for an Operations/Project Manager in the PR&Reputation department for our partner company TENTENS Tech.

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always run far beyond the horizon.

What challenges await:

• Planning and implementation of projects in the area of construction and reputation management multi-brand portfolio;
• Ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders;
• Organization of work with contractors: search, communication, preparation of briefs and control of work execution;
• Systematic documentation management, task tracking, monitoring of statuses and current priorities.
• Analysis of existing processes, identification of points for optimization and implementation of structural changes for increasing productivity and facilitating the interaction of teams;
• Quick response to reputational risks and crisis situations on the scale of the entire portfolio. Prompt detection and elimination of reputational threats;
• Constant monitoring of the latest trends in brand promotion, SERM and search engine optimization.

What is important to us:

Must have:

• 1+ year of work experience in the position of PM or in a related position;
• Experience of managing several projects in parallel;
• Competent English (minimum B2) for communication with contractors, formation of briefs and quality control of content;
• Experience of working with marketing/digital areas or interaction with relevant teams;
• Excellent organizational skills, willingness to lead complex projects and coordinate the work of cross-functional teams;
• Ability to learn quickly, flexibility in approaches and willingness toquickly master new tools and processes;
• Ability to structure and prioritize tasks in conditions of dynamic growth and scaling of projects;
• Strong problem solving skills, analytical abilities, ability to quickly respond to risks and find solutions.

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of SERM and SEO
