We invite a manager, a regional development manager to the team. The purpose of this position is to establish operational activities of the regional development department. Development and implementation of plans for the development and implementation of projects, initiatives and events in the regions. Main duties connections:

• Participation in the formation and updating of the model of functioning of regional BUR offices and BUR centers.
• Participation in strategic, programmatic, operational and financial planning of the activities of the regional development department.
• Participation in writing grant applications by the regional development department, their management.
• Learning to control complex implementation BUR projects within regional offices and branches.
• Learn to implement/improve business processes from the head office in the direction of regional offices and branches.
• Participate in community development of branches together with regional offices (team building, training).
• Monitoring the compliance of branches and regional offices with general policies, standards, provisions of the BUR
• Organizing and holding informal meetings with the community of regional offices and branches as needed on operational issues< /li>
• Meetings and meetings with representatives of regional offices and centers on current issues (operational activities).
• Monitoring of operational activities of regional offices and centers (quality control).
• Formation reporting of the direction of regional offices
• Analysis and work with input information from regional offices and branches
• Communication with the heads of branches/regional offices.
• Participation in the formation and writing of updating business processes for branches and Regional offices.
