To strengthen the work of our team, we are looking for a project manager to work on grant projects in the direction of advocacy.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Project management at the stages of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of results;
- Communication with project executors, contractors, partners, donors;
- Monitoring the implementation of the plan and compliance with deadlines by the project team;
- Coordination of project activities, including the process of creating video content, organizing events, meetings, communicating with stakeholders;
- Preparation of documentation for payments according to the project budget;
- Preparation of reporting.
ul>Requirements for potential candidates:
- 2 years of project management experience, in particular grant projects ;
- Proficiency in English at a level that allows working with project documentation and correspondence; span>
- Promptness and meeting deadlines;
- Independence in organizing the work process and performing tasks;
- Willingness to learn and dive into the topic of deinstitutionalization;
- Preferred : knowledge and work experience in the field of human rights and advocacy.
