To strengthen the work of our team, we are looking for a project manager to work on grant projects in the direction of advocacy.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Project management at the stages of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of results;
  • Communication with project executors, contractors, partners, donors;
  • Monitoring the implementation of the plan and compliance with deadlines by the project team;
  • Coordination of project activities, including the process of creating video content, organizing events, meetings, communicating with stakeholders;
  • Preparation of documentation for payments according to the project budget;
  • Preparation of reporting.
  • Requirements for potential candidates:

    • 2 years of project management experience, in particular grant projects ;
    • Proficiency in English at a level that allows working with project documentation and correspondence;
    • Promptness and meeting deadlines;
    • Independence in organizing the work process and performing tasks;
    • Willingness to learn and dive into the topic of deinstitutionalization;
    • Preferred : knowledge and work experience in the field of human rights and advocacy.
