Professional skills:

• Successful work experience of 5 years or more in the position of operations director, commercial director in the field of management in architecture, development, construction, production and real estate.

  • Able to use modern programs that will help improve the company's performance indicators
  • Work with documentation, DRAWINGS, estimates, acts
  • Able to analyze the market
  • Experience in communication and interaction with clients and contractors
  • Knowledge of building regulations
  • Able to make important decisions independently in crisis situations, understanding all consequences
  • Written and spoken Ukrainian language
  • English language proficiency: intermediate and higher - desirable
  • Driver's license and own car - desirable

  Main duties:

  Processes:< /b>

  • Ensuring the implementation of projects in terms of approved budgets, involved resources, work schedules, etc., preparation for management of consolidated information on projects.
  • Ensuring high-quality and timely document flow project: obtaining, preparing, checking all necessary documents for compliance with the information contained in them, ensuring timely signing and return of our copies of documents. at all stages, control of the terms of execution of stages of work on projects; ordering of consumables, control of their use, control of construction regulations and standards by employees.
  • Communication with customers on project management issues.

  Production:

  • Search for partners for production of products—scaling according to the company's tasks. Selection of production areas, evaluation of production possibilities. Cooperation with outsourced productions - order fulfillment control, selection, communication.
  • Interaction with the architectural and engineering department.
  • Process management - from the order entering the company to its execution. Construction and control of efficient production and logistics processes - in Ukraine and abroad. Organization of logistics.
  • Control of procurement efficiency and cost of products.
  • Setting plans, work deadlines and monitoring their compliance, both among employees and with contractors.

  Sales:

  • Participation in the expansion of the client portfolio - with the help of the commercial and marketing team, as well as with the help of own tools and capabilities. Participation and control over the development of pricing policy, assortment.
  • Participation in the constant analysis of the market and competitors.
  • Preparation of documents for participation in tenders.
