Who are we inviting?

Functional responsibilities:
- Technical support of employees' workplaces and administration of application systems
- Interaction with internal clients and coordination of work with other structural divisions of the Bank and outsourcing companies regarding the implementation of user requests
- Adherence to time frames in accordance with the SLA
- Introduction of proposals to optimize and improve the quality of services (services) provided to users
- Replenishment of the "Knowledge Base" typical solutions, task distribution and workload monitoring among colleagues
