Manager of work with webinars, scientific articles, dissertations (project manager) in Okrug, GO

We are the company statti.in.ua, the leader of scientific publications in Ukraine. 

We offer one vacant position for an active and purposeful person who understands what a scientific article and scientific work are.

Requirements for the candidate: higher education; postgraduate study or understanding what a scientific article and dissertation is; communication skills; willingness to work exclusively for results; the ability to format the text and evaluate the material sent by the author; to be constantly in touch with clients; honesty. Preferred place of residence: Lviv (however, not mandatory).

Working conditions: we work remotely from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., we respond to new clients constantly and outside the working hours!

Main duties:

1. Text formation advertisements to attract customers in our vibep groups, telegrams and on the FB page.

2. Processing of applications from clients via Viber, FB (or telephone contacts)

3. Active communication via viber/phone with customers regarding new and old orders. Initiation of promotions to activate orders in the direction.

4. Search for authors. Handing over the texts of articles and theses to the authors for writing (control of the timeliness and efficiency of issuing texts). 

5. Initial check of received texts (plagiarism, errors). If necessary, editing, returning to the author for revision or sending to a freelance editor (it is in our structure).

6. Selection of the publication for publication of the article. Formatting of the article according to the requirements of the publication (if necessary).

11. Submitting an article to a journal. Contact with the customer regarding invoicing and payment of services. Sending the customer a link to the published article or collection (if necessary).
