Project manager/Manager of author supervision in YABURO

We are looking for a project manager and author supervisor for our team, for whom attention to detail is like oxygen for humanity. 
Our future project manager is not just an employee. He is the embodiment of responsibility, punctuality and sociability. He knows exactly how to find a common language with the client and contractors, as well as negotiate the best offer on the market. At the same time, deadlines, orders, deliveries and any details of the project are always under his close control.


Our project manager will:

• To accompany the project from the beginning of the design to the delivery of the entire project - to the customer, i.e. - to communicate with each member of the team, to agree, negotiate, etc., as well as to coordinate all decisions with customers,
• to prepare TK for miscalculations, search for and communicate with contractors,
• monitor contractors for quality and deadlines, make adjustments to project drawings in case of changes to the facility,
• communicate with clients regarding estimates , terms and all important nuances of the project,
• to do everything so that the project is implemented within the client's budget with the best quality,
• to conduct all internal and external documentation according to the project.

We are looking for a person who will become a magician for the client, thanks to whom the client will only say "yes" or "no" during the repair, and the manager will do the rest project and author supervision.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has work experience in the field of author supervision, construction or implementation of design projects from 2 years.
• Well understands the stages of the construction process and the specifics of the work of contractors.
• Attentive to details, knows how to identify discrepancies and quickly respond to challenges.
• Has a high level of communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Able to work with technical documentation (drawings, specifications).
• Knows modern construction materials and technologies.
• Possess in the Ukrainian language; English will be an advantage.
