Manager of trade union work (Head of projects and programs) in Profspilka TOV Nova Poshta

Requirements:

• Higher education or in the process of obtaining it
• Experience and understanding of the basic principles of communication
• Free business written and oral communication in the Ukrainian language
• Desire to work and develop in the social sphere
• Ability to learn quickly and process a large amount of information

A large availability will be an advantage experience:

• trade union work and/or trade union leadership
• project management
• operational management
• education personnel
• legal practice on labor law

Working conditions:

• Official employment with all social guarantees;

Responsibilities:

• Resolving appeals from Trade Union members from the moment of receipt to the actual result
• Continuous training and improvement of knowledge of labor law
• Consulting Trade Union members in all available communication channels (according to if necessary, searching for information for an answer on the Internet or in other public organizations)
• Operational work to increase the number of trade union organizations< /span>
• Development and implementation of projects and programs to achieve the plans and rates of development determined by the Trade Union
• Organization and holding meetings, meetings, training sessions activities
• Creating and setting up an effective communication system between members of the Trade Union, local trade union committees\professional workers and full-time employees
• Search and interaction with contractors on existing projects
• Monthly reporting on performance and results jobs
