For our client - UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, one of the largest universal banks in Ukraine, we are looking for a specialist for the position of Recruitment Manager.

Future tasks:

  • management of the full cycle of recruiting: from receiving an application to pre-onboarding a candidate;
  • optimization of recruiting processes and increasing the efficiency of interaction with business and candidates;
  • development and improvement sourcing strategies, analysis of the labor market and search for new channels of attraction;
  • management of a team of recruiters: setting goals, coordination of work, development, training and motivation;
  • conducting interviews, follow-ups and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers;
  • control of the quality of personnel selection and deadlines for closing vacancies;
  • continuous improvement of processes recruiting and increasing the NPS of candidates and internal customers;
  • cooperation with business and internal teams to generate and implement new recruitment approaches;
  • formation and development of the personnel reserve, participation in personnel evaluation and career development processes;
  • preparation of analytics, work with performance metrics and regular management reporting;
  • participation in closing vacancies together with the team (lead + hands-on role) analytics;
  • experience in developing, implementing and scaling recruiting strategies and processes;
  • strong communication skills and the ability to build partnerships with business stakeholders;
  • data-driven approach: work with analytics, performance metrics and management conclusions;
  • experience in managing a team of recruiters;
  • confident mastery of tools for working with data and HR-systems (ATS, SAP, analytical tools);
  • level of English language skills - from Intermediate (will be an advantage).
