We invite a Recruitment and Adaptation Manager to our team

Important:

• Experience as a recruiter, personnel manager;
• Practical cases on the use of various methods of personnel search;
• Skills of conducting interviews and verbal, non-verbal assessment;
• The ability to negotiate;
• Developed emotional intelligence and an in-depth approach in assessing Candidates;
• Result orientation;
• Skills of non-standard problem solving.

We expect:

• Interaction with internal Customers in the process of personnel search and adaptation;
• Formation of the profile of the Candidate's competencies according to the application;
• Determination of recruitment strategy;
• Announcement of vacancies in accordance with the defined strategy;
• Conducting interviews using various evaluation methods ;
• Building networking with candidates; 
• Assistance of candidates at all stages of the interview;
• Analysis of the recruitment and adaptation process;
• Supporting the process of onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
• 1:1 meetings with employees.
