Nowadays, businesses are increasingly aware of the role of internet marketing to expand their opportunities, so we are constantly working on new projects.
Now we are looking for a person who will help attract new employees and increase the efficiency of processes recruiting in the company.
What will need to be done?
- Look for and hire qualified employees (all stages of recruitment and questionnaires for adaptation are already configured).
- Conduct interviews and select candidates based on test tasks.
- Select contractors according to ready job profiles.
- Search and analyze information on the network.
- Perform non-standard tasks (search for specialists, order services, etc.).
- Work with texts (transcription, editing documents).
- Processing tables and data in Excel.
- Additional HR tasks, including adaptation of new employees and development of corporate culture.
