Our client, a leader in the field of distribution of auto parts and service, announces a competition for the position of "Manager of the department for improving logistics processes and project development".

Main tasks:

• Basic goal: optimization of key warehouse processes, implementation of the latest practices in logistics and implementation of strategic projects in a dynamic environment.

• Development and implementation of strategies: cooperation in the creation of logistics strategies and planning management of new projects.

• Project planning: determination of terms, budget, resources, monitoring of implementation and adaptation of the plan according to needs.

• Internal coordination: close interaction with departments to agree project goals and logistical activities.

• Documentation: preparation of reports and documentation to track project progress and communicate with stakeholders.

• Risk management: identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies with reporting to the director of logistics.

Expectations:

• Advanced degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration will be an advantage

• Minimum 4 years in warehouse logistics or supply chain management.

• Project management skills, experience continuous improvement of logistics processes.

• Proficiency in Excel: ability to analyze reports using functions for logistics analytics (VPR, combinations, razndat, etc.).

• Experience in implementing WMS or similar systems in large warehouses is an advantage.

• Knowledge of the English language: level B1 and above (possibility communicate)

• Readiness for business trips: if necessary for project coordination.

• Salary depending on work experience (50,000-80,000 UAH)

• Working schedule: from 8/9:00 a.m. to 17/18:00

• Possible hybrid mode after trial period.

• Official employment: in accordance with the Labor Code, paid sick leave and vacations.
