SAP MDG support specialist in Metinvest Digital

We are currently looking for a Support Specialist / ConsultantSAP MDGs. Willing to consider candidates with SAP MDG power user experience interested in developing to consultant level. Ready to teach additionally!

| KEY TASKS:

• Processing requests in SAP MDG and requests in HP SM.
• Consulting and training users on working with SAP MDG.
< li>Development of instructions for users.
• Configuration of initial and medium complexity.
• Monitoring and analysis of data consistency in systems integrated with SAP MDG within the framework of individual or several functional areas, monitoring of work interfaces. Identifying and eliminating the causes of discrepancies (without changing functionality).
• Development of rules for maintaining material-forming features.
• Control of the quality of directories and the presence of duplicates in the system. Elimination of errors in directories and mass correction of records and angles.
• Ensuring the target level of service, the appropriate level of user satisfaction.

| YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience of working with the SAP MDG system from the 1st year(as a user, buyer, supplier, etc. ).
• Preferably – economic or technical education in the field of IT.
• Customer-orientation.
• Communication, ability to negotiate with the customer.
• li>Focus on the result.
• Resistance to stress.
