If you want to work on advanced technologies that make the world safer, we invite you to join to our team: we are looking for a Tech Support manager who will provide prompt technical support for users of EW tools. If you have basic knowledge in this area (or are willing to learn), respond quickly to requests and are ready to join an important cause, we are waiting for you!

Main tasks:

• Prompt response to military requests regarding technical issues;
• Analysis of technical problems, provision of recommendations on their elimination.
• Consultations on the correct operation of the equipment.
• Forwarding requests that go beyond technical support to the manager;
• Close cooperation with managers and technical specialists for solving complex issues.
• Reporting on frequent requests or typical problems for further product improvement.

What we expect:

• Basic knowledge in the field of EW (in particular, regarding UAVs) and electronic equipment.
• Ability to communicate politely and professionally with users .
• Quick response to requests and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
• Basic system administrator skills (connecting to Starlink, setting up mikrotik-type routers according to the available guides).
• Understanding network protocols.
• Basic skills in the administration of linux-like operating systems, working with the command line.
• li>Device testing, maintenance of technical documentation (appeals, requests for changes, test cases).

Will be additional an advantage:

• Experience in technical support, IT or with technical products.
• Previous military experience.
