We are currently looking for a person who:

• has work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;
• speaks English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
• can find solutions in difficult situations, work in multitasking conditions;
• experience in correspondence with clients will be an advantage;
• confident user of MS Office and crm package .

Daily tasks will be:

• reception of incoming calls, consulting clients, transfer of requests from managers;
• outgoing warm calls upon request or as needed;
• correspondence in chats (live communication );
• monitoring and responding to voice messages;
• recording and summary of analytics by calls.
