Manager of public and commercial procurement (tenders) (experience in telecommunications) in COSMONOVA|NET

In connection with the expansion of the procurement department, we are looking for a Manager of public and commercial procurement who will systematically and professionally ensure the company's participation in tenders.

Your main tasks:

• Daily monitoring of tenders in Prozorro, SmartTender, Zakupki.prom.ua.

• Analysis of tender documentation, assessment of feasibility of participation and risks.

• Full preparation of a package of documents in accordance with legislation and customer requirements.

• Coordination of technical, financial and legal components with internal departments.

• Communication with customers, tender committees and sites.

• Maintenance of the register of participation, reporting, monitoring of results.

• Building and development of the system process of the company’s participation in procurement.

• Evaluation of economic efficiency (calculation of marginality, preparation of materials for the decision on participation).

• Market analysis of suppliers and competitors, optimization of pricing proposals.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in participating in tenders (state or commercial).

• Confident work with Prozorro and knowledge of the Public Procurement Law.

• Experience in preparing high-quality documentation without failures and technical errors.

• Attention, systematicity, strong analytical thinking.

• Experience of coordination with technical, legal and financial departments.

• Desirable: legal, economic or technical education and experience in telecom, equipment supplier or IT services.
