Main responsibilities:

Analysis of current state (AS-IS)

• Inventory and description of existing business processes
• Analysis of operational processes, IT systems and manual operations
• Analysis of integrations between systems
• Identification of duplication of functions, bottlenecks and areas of inefficiency
• Formation of organization process map

Process reengineering

• Development of target process model (TO-BE)
• Optimization and elimination of inefficient operations
• Formation of process performance standards
• Preparation of proposals for improving process efficiency

E2E construction processes

• Description of end-to-end processes (from initiation to result)
• Building roles and responsibilities (RACI)
• Definition of SLA and KPI of processes
• Formation of control and escalation rules
• Development of requirements for reporting and analytics

Preparation of automation plan

• Definition of processes for automation
• Formation of requirements for IT solutions
• Participation in the formation of the digital transformation roadmap
• Interaction with IT teams and system architects

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of economics, IT, management or related fields)
• Experience in the position of Business Analyst / System Analyst / Process Analyst from 1 year
• Experience in collecting and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders
• Skills in conducting interviews, working sessions (workshops) and interacting with stakeholders
• Experience in formalizing and documenting requirements (BRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria)
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience with product backlog
• Experience in modeling business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) and building end-to-end processes
• Experience prioritizing requirements and analyzing the impact of changes on business processes
• Basic understanding of API (REST / SOAP) and system integration principles
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems will be an advantage
• Understanding Lean and Continuous Improvement principles for process optimization will be an advantage
• Skills for working with MS Project or other task management tools
• English language - Intermediate level or higher
