We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to support the growth and development of our employees. Strong communication skills are essential for this position to effectively guide employees through their learning journey; experience in developing courses for distance learning; budget management.

Area of responsibility:
review of the existing sales team training process;
organization and training for the sales team;
development and implementation of regulatory documents on training and development of the company's personnel;
organization and conducting of trainings at the request of structural divisions of the company;
conducting training programs aimed at developing key competencies of all categories of staff;
preparation of contractual, payment, internal documents for educational events;
preparation of content for filling the educational platform with educational information;
participation in personnel evaluation.
Important for this position:
experience as a sales trainer;
experience of public speaking;
experience in curriculum development;
ability to work with the budget;
knowledge of English at the Intermediate level or higher;
openness to learning and development;
independence in decision-making;
readiness for business trips within Ukraine.
