Personnel administration specialist (with military accounting) in INTERSTARCh UKRAYiNA, TOV

BC Roshen LLC is the first and only enterprise in Ukraine that is engaged in deep processing of wheat. Our latest production consists of various departments united in a single production complex:

• Elevator (reception, cleaning and storage of grain);
• Mill (production of flour for further processing);
• Department of flour processing (separation of flour into components);
• Department of drying and packaging of wheat protein (gluten);
• Enriched bran production department;
• Ethyl rectified alcohol production department;
• Syrup preparation department (molasses). >

  The production project provides for the processing of up to 210,000 tons of wheat per year at the planned productivity.

  ?Main duties:??
  

  • Formation recruitment, transfer, dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation;
  • Maintenance of personnel records, personal data of employees, personal cards (form P-2);
  • Organization of vacation records, preparation of schedules and control of their compliance.
  • Time sheet accounting of employees;
  • Preparation of lists of employees for medical insurance, ordering medical cards and drugs;
  • Compilation of lists for periodic medical examinations and ensuring interaction with medical institutions;
  • Maintenance of military records and processing of documents for the reservation of employees;
  • Performance of the manager's tasks related to the goals of the enterprise.

  Requirements for the candidate:

  • Education: higher.
  • Work experience: at least 3 years in the field of personnel accounting and from 1 year in the management of the military accounting.
  • Knowledge of legislation: confident command of labor and military legislation.
  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, literacy in written communication.
  • Computer skills: experienced user 1C and Excel.
