In connection with business development and expansion team, the company is looking for a Recruitment and Adaptation Manager, who will be the key chain between business needs and talent on the labor market.

?Main tasks:

• Full recruitment cycle: profile formation vacancies, posting ads, selecting resumes and conducting interviews.
• Interacting with department heads to accurately determine personnel needs. ?
• Supporting communication with candidates at all stages of selection.
• Organizing and conducting adaptation programs for new employees, support during the trial period.

• Higher education.
• 2-3 years of HR/recruiting experience in development, construction or engineering? - definitely! 
• Knowledge of modern recruiting tools and online platforms. ?
• Ability to conduct structured interviews and competency assessment.
• Experience of interaction with department heads and maintenance management.
• Understanding the structure of the development company and the specifics of construction projects.
• Skills in personnel adaptation and support of new employees. ?
• Communication, organization, responsibility.
