Conducting a functional analysis of divisions for a clear distribution of areas of responsibility.Participation in projects of organizational changes and transformations.Preparation of analytical materials and presentations for management regarding organizational decisions.Participation in the development and implementation of HR strategy, personnel performance evaluation systems.Development, updating and coordination of job instructions, regulations about subdivisions, regulations and procedures.Cooperation with department heads on updating functional responsibilities and team structure.Systematization.Maintenance of procedures (amendments to documents).Formation of knowledge base.Description of processes, regulations, standards, procedures, instructions.Monitoring of policies.Formation documents.You are "our person" if you have:
