- Participation in projects of organizational changes and transformations.
- Preparation of analytical materials and presentations for management regarding organizational decisions.
- Participation in the development and implementation of HR strategy, personnel performance evaluation systems.
- Development, updating and coordination of job instructions, regulations on divisions, regulations and procedures.
- Collaboration with heads of units on updating functional responsibilities and team structure.
- Systematization.
- Maintenance of procedures (amendments to documents).
- Formation of knowledge base.
