Recruiter's assistant in App Home

?? What you will do:

• Assist the recruiter in the full cycle of recruitment (from publication of vacancies to organization of interviews)

• Post and update vacancies on job search sites and social networks

• Search for candidates using Work.ua, robota.ua and other sources

• Conduct initial and telephone interviews interviews

• Assist with the preparation of reports and recruitment analytics

• Maintain communication with candidates (answers to inquiries, feedback)

What we expect:

• Desire to develop in the field of HR / recruiting

• Responsibility, attention to detail, proactivity

• Communication and ability to work with people

• Basic understanding of the recruiting process will be a plus

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is mandatory
