• ZP level: rate during the trial period, after - rate + bonus system .
• Working schedule: MON-FRI, 9:30-18:30
• Workplace address:
• Kyiv, metro Pecherska;
• Work format: office (NOT remote).

Professional knowledge/skills , which are required in the position:

• High communication skills;
• Skills of customer support;
• Skills of working with objections;
• High level of Ukrainian language;
• Proficiency in Chinese;
• Proficiency in Telegram, Exel, CRM;
• Knowledge of payment features in China will be a plus.< /li>

Personal qualities required for the position:

• Attention;
• Discipline;
• Ability to learn quickly;
• Resistance to stress.

Functional duties in the position:

< li>Customer support regarding post-payment issues;
• Software that will be used in work:
• Telegram, Bitrix.
