We are looking for a person who always sees the individual behind the position.

This is a role for someone who knows how to combine systematicity and empathy: to see processes, but not to lose people in tables.

The main mission of the role is to help restore and maintain a full cycle of work with an employee so that each person feels transparent, supported, cared for and fair stage.

Your main tasks

You will become a person who helps employees navigate their way in the company calmly, clearly and confidently - from the first day to new professional stages.

Adaptation and employee support

  • coordinating adaptation 30/60/90;

  • supporting managers in providing feedback;

  • helping new employees in comfortable integration into the team;

  • supporting employees in working and in soft cases;

  • conducting exit interviews and analyzing the reasons for dismissal.

Performance

  • coordinating the performance evaluation process;

  • supporting managers in performance review;

  • support of individual development plans;

  • consolidation of evaluation results.

Training and development

  • formation annual training plan;

  • administration of internal and external programs;

  • support of development initiatives and personnel reserve.

Engagement and HR analytics

  • launch of eNPS and short pulse surveys;

  • analysis of results and maintenance of a healthy climate in the team;

  • support of the corporate benefits system and calendar of events;

  • analysis of turnover, adaptation efficiency and performance indicators;

  • preparation of analytics for management.

We want decisions about people to be based not only on feelings, but also on data.

You will work in close cooperation with

  • Human Capital Manager;
  • Talent Manager;
  • IT Center;
  • and all company employees :).

What we value in this specialist

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR in a system company (50-200 employees);

  • experience of supporting the full life cycle of an employee (adaptation, 1:1, performance review, exit processes);

  • experience of launching or supporting surveys (eNPS, engagement);

  • experience of organizing training and development employees;

  • experience working with field or sales teams will be an advantage;

  • systematic thinking and the ability to work with analytics;

  • emotional maturity and confident communication;

  • competent oral and written Ukrainian;

  • confident use of MS Office and HRM-systems.
