Manager of investment projects (BOOKING) in UKR ARMO TEH, TOV

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• conduct analysis, provide evaluation and recommendations on investment projects;
• monitor the implementation of budgets and evaluate the compliance of the achieved indicators;
• analyze and provide evaluations of investment proposals proposed for approval (including discounted cash flow, NPV, IRR, Payback Period);
• implementation of the process from scratch budgeting;
• preparation of quarterly and monthly budgets, analysis of costs, development of proposals for their optimization;
• formation of analytical reports, implementation of control over income and expenditure items;
• assistance in creation / approval of requests for payment, control of all necessary management analysts;
• preparation of presentations on a monthly basis, analysis of implementation plan-facts budget;
• automation, maintenance and improvement of the management accounting system within investment activity and R&D projects;
• regulation of investment activity processes and development of reporting forms;
• control over financial operations of R&D projects;
• participation in the implementation of the ERP system, support and control of the reporting transition;
• control and participation in the construction reporting in Power BI.
• accounting of contracts for investment activity projects, analysis of settlements with counterparties;
• interaction with heads of business areas to collect and verify data for financial models;
• forming and providing reporting information at the request of management.

Expected experience and skills

• from 2 years of experience in the role of financial/investment manager/analyst;
• advanced knowledge of MS Excel (arrays, complex formulas, Power Query a plus);
• experience creating financial models from scratch;
• deep understanding of financial analysis, business valuation and management accounting;
• experience or deep knowledge of inventory management;
• experience with Power BI andPower Point;
• experience in writing technical tasks for the implementation of ERP systems;
• ability to work with large amounts of information;
• ability to adhere to the highest ethical standards and strict confidentiality;
• ability to work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines.
