We are currently looking for a Commodity Scientist to provide systematic inventory management, sales analytics and efficient product distribution across the YARMICH network, directly impacting turnover, margins and financial results company.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has 2 years of work experience as a product researcher / analyst / distributor in Fashion Retail (experience with men's clothing will be an advantage).
• Has an expert level of knowledge of BAS KUP and Excel.
• Knows ABC / XYZ analysis and calculation of turnover ratios.
• Has an understanding of dimensional grids (international, European, Ukrainian) and the specifics of fabric types.
• Has systemic thinking and a commercial approach.
• Takes responsibility for the accuracy of accounting and decisions made.
• Able to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Has analytical attention to detail and accuracy in working with numbers.

Main tasks and expected results:

• In-depth sales analysis
• Formation of recommendations regarding order volumes, reordering or stopping cooperation on certain models.
• Demand forecasting taking into account seasonality, holidays and marketing activities.
• Formation and adjustment of the assortment matrix, analysis of dimensional grids.
• Analytically justified primary distribution of new collections between boutiques.
• Control of optimal stock at each boutique.
• Managing the movement of goods between locations.
• Identifying illiquid assets and developing a strategy for their implementation.
• Full control of the movement of goods in BAS KUP.
• Control of the correctness of pricing and display of discounts.
• Maintaining the authenticity of the database (names, compositions of fabrics, photos).
• Participation in accepting complex batches of goods.
• Providing warehouse orders for shipment taking into account the priority of the regions.
• Organization and analysis of inventory results, work with discrepancies.

Conditions:

• Salary — 35,000 UAH.
• Work schedule 5/2, from Monday to Friday.
• Full employment.
• Hybrid work format.
• Working hours 10:00-19:00 (1 hour lunch).
